Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. While I was taking pictures of this pretty butterfly on the flowers, she landed on my hand how I was holding it out to her.
At first she was walking on the palm of my hand, the back of my hand, then on my fingers. I took many pictures during she was "posing" for me.
I love this so much especially, because she was looking right into my eyes (and camera lens).
